My Christmas nails with O.P.I.
Hello, It's me again- Andreja.
How did you spend the Christmas day? First I wish you Merry Christmas! I spent my Christmas day at the restaurant
with my family and we were eating all day - so my tummy is full now.
I's been a few weeks since I published
the first post. You've no idea how busy
I've been. A lot of things on college, making Christmas cards, I also been in
Graz – shopping at Shoppingcity Seiersberg and visit Christmas decorated Graz…I
been there twice, first with college (Christmas trip) and second with Mikela
and our boyfriends. SHOPPING ALL DAY!
So today's
post is a manicure of the day. I wanted to show you my Christmas nails.
I love red nails for
Christmas. So I decided to use my favourite O.P. I red nail polish Big Apple Red, a gift from my boyfriend. I love my boyfriend but I
also really love this nail polish, because is super easy to apply and remove.
Also it dries quickly and it’ s good pigmented. I applied this nail color on
all nails, except on ring finger.
I also love doing stamps on my
nails, with my Stamping nail art
from Konad. I bought it on licila.si,
one year ago. On my palete I have image of Snowman, Santa Clause face, Merry
Christmas!, Christmas tree, Christmas candy .. I decided to choose just Santa
clause, Merry Christmas!, Christmas tree, Christmas candy. After I applied base
coat and red polish to the nails I wait them to dry. Then I applied KONAD
special nail polish (white color) to desired image. Then I made a scraper
leaned over 45 degrees and scraped excessive polish off, quickly and strongly.
Quickly I pressed the stamper onto the plate to pick up the design and at the
end I stamped the image onto my nail with a gentile rolling motion. But my
manicure it's wasn't finished yet.
I have one difficulty – my manicure has always a glitter nail or glitter details. A love shiny nails, so I
used glittery polish, Bronze Upon A Time, form Catrice Luxury
Lacquers. I used this polish for some details (dots and lines to make a bow on
my thumbs). This is a gorgeous Bronze Gold, but is easy to apply but
hard to remove. But nevertheless is one of my favorites because of that Bronze
color. For dots I also used green nail polish Roller Coaster from Essence. I’ve applied dots with nailart stift.
And my Christmas manicure was done! Happy me!
Hope you enjoyed!
What will you be wearing on
your nails for New Year?
Kisses, Andreja.
