Super healthy juice

This is how i spice up those rainy days (again). I'm gonna show you how to make a super healthy juice (as i call it).
All you need is: 1 grapefruit, 2 slices of pineapple, agave syrup and coconut water. Simple as that.
First squeeze one grapefruit, add those pineapple slices, one tsb of agave syrup and as much of coconut water as you want. The more water you add the more smoother your juice will be.
Blend it all together in any kind of blender, i use Nutribullet, it's my favorite.



Don't forget: grapefruit is full of vitamin C, it fights cold and can also reduce some of inflammatory conditions (yay grapefruit!). Pineapple decrease risks for cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, etc. 
Agave syrup is a low-glycemic sweetener, but make sure you buy the one without any added sugar.
